C\u2019est comme vouloir sauter d\u2019un avion sans expliquer le fonctionnement du parachute !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dans cet atelier, nous avons envie de vous donner des cl\u00e9s concr\u00e8tes \u00e0 mettre en place facilement au quotidien.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous reviendrons tout d\u2019abord sur les m\u00e9canismes physiologiques du stress : qui est-il ?<br>Comment distinguer le stress ponctuel qui fait partie de notre vie naturellement du stress devenu chronique et peut mener \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9puisement, au burnout et \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression ?
