Ou bien de temps en temps pour faire le plein de min\u00e9raux et vitamines <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude42\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/ta5\/1.5\/16\/1f642.png\"><\/em> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les bienfaits des jus de l\u00e9gumes ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jus de l\u00e9gumes apportent beaucoup de bienfaits, parmi eux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Apport de vitamines, min\u00e9raux<\/strong> essentiels et antioxydants<\/li><li><strong>Tr\u00e8s doux et digestes <\/strong>pour notre syst\u00e8me digestif.<\/li><li>Obtenus \u00e0 l\u2019extracteur de jus, ils ne contiennent pas de fibres et sont donc <strong>peu agressifs pour les intestins<\/strong>, contrairement aux smoothies dans lesquels des fibres sont encore pr\u00e9sentes.<\/li><li><strong>Ne provoquent pas de pic de glyc\u00e9mie<\/strong> bien que les fibres soient justement absentes (ce qui pose probl\u00e8me avec un jus de fruit). Un jus de l\u00e9gume contiendra tr\u00e8s peu de sucre (selon les l\u00e9gumes choisis) et n\u2019augmentera pas l\u2019acidit\u00e9 du corps !<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques notes additionnelles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A consommer de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en d\u00e9but de repas, lors d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0ap\u00e9ro\u00a0\u00bb par exemple sur un estomac vide pour permettre une meilleure absorption des micro nutriments au niveau intestinal. <\/li><li>Faire simple : pas plus de 5 l\u00e9gumes en m\u00eame temps <\/li><li>A r\u00e9aliser avec des l\u00e9gumes de qualit\u00e9 ! de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence biologique, ce qui permettra de garder leur peau (pour ceux qui ont la peau fine) qui regorge de nombreux antioxydants int\u00e9ressants. <\/li><li>Pas plus de 20% de fruits dans le jus ! <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE : peut-on boire des jus de l\u00e9gumes si on a les intestins irritables ou des soucis digestifs ? Tout d\u00e9pend de la quantit\u00e9 consomm\u00e9e. Evitez d&rsquo;en consommer 3 fois par jour m\u00e9lang\u00e9s en plus avec des fruits et pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez un jus sans trop de fibres (pas un smoothie). L&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de liquide pendant un repas notamment dilue les enzymes et sucs gastriques donc ralentira la digestion !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi limiter l&rsquo;ajout de fruits ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tous les jus de fruits ! M\u00eame ceux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s maison apportent \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de sucre (autant qu\u2019un soda !). Ils provoquent donc un pic de glyc\u00e9mie sanguine important, et notamment s&rsquo;ils sont pris d\u00e8s le matin au petit d\u00e9jeuner. Attention donc si vous devez respecter un r\u00e9gime \u00e0 faible charge glyc\u00e9mique et si vous \u00eates diab\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels l\u00e9gumes utilis\u00e9s pour les jus ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>artichaut: draineur h\u00e9patique<\/li><li>poireau: diminue l&rsquo;acide urique<\/li><li>betterave: l\u00e9gume l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9 (attention aux diab\u00e9tiques), remin\u00e9ralisant et anti-an\u00e9mique<\/li><li>c\u00e9leri: stimule les glandes surr\u00e9nales<\/li><li>radis noir: soutien h\u00e9patique et de la v\u00e9sicule biliaire<\/li><li>carotte: l\u00e9gume l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9 (attention aux diab\u00e9tiques et si vous suivez un r\u00e9gime anti-candidose), stimulant digestif, tr\u00e8s riche en beta-carot\u00e8ne bon pour la peau, le fonctionnement nerveux et oculaire. 20cl apporte jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6% de la dose de calcium quotidienne recommand\u00e9e (pas \u00e9norme mais il est sous une forme tr\u00e8s bien assimil\u00e9e ! le calcium ne se trouve pas que dans les produits laitiers :))<\/li><li>\u00e9pinard : remin\u00e9ralisant, tr\u00e8s riches en fer et vitamine C si consomm\u00e9 cru<\/li><li>chou kale<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extracteur, blendeur ou centrifugeuse ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L&rsquo;extracteur de jus s\u00e9pare le jus des l\u00e9gumes ou des fruits de leurs fibres (plus de confort digestif pour les intestins fragiles). Il ne chauffe pas les nutriments, les vitamines et min\u00e9raux sont pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s. Il vaudra mieux consommer les fruits entiers qu&rsquo;un jus de fruit ! <\/li><li>Le blender mixe les l\u00e9gumes et les fruits en gardant leurs fibres, les jus sont donc moins glyc\u00e9miques s&rsquo;ils contiennent beaucoup de fruits. On obtient des smoothies qui ont un effet rassasiant.
