O\u00f9 le trouver dans l&rsquo;alimentation ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est un min\u00e9ral essentiel impliqu\u00e9 dans de nombreuses r\u00e9actions et processus m\u00e9taboliques. Il est important pour le fonctionnement du cerveau, du coeur et des muscles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;alimentation est une source importante de magn\u00e9sium, mais nos modes de vie ont aussi contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 diminuer la quantit\u00e9 de magn\u00e9sium assimil\u00e9e quotidiennement : alimentation ultra transform\u00e9e, avec des farines raffin\u00e9es (hors l&rsquo;enveloppe des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales est tr\u00e8s riche en min\u00e9raux et notamment en magn\u00e9sium), aliments avec une teneur plus faible en magn\u00e9sium (et vitamines&#8230;), exposition aux m\u00e9taux lourds, consommation excessive de sucre et stress chronique devenu malheureusement une normalit\u00e9 pour beaucoup d&rsquo;entre nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les besoin journaliers en magnesium sont de 375mg\/jour.  On peut le stocker de mani\u00e8re transitoire mais pas sur le long terme et on doit donc en consommer suffisamment chaque jour pour ne pas \u00eatre en carence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la grossesse, la future maman est souvent en carence de calcium car elle en excr\u00e8te plus par les reins, son m\u00e9tabolisme \u00e9tant modifi\u00e9 et elle en donne beaucoup \u00e0 b\u00e9b\u00e9. Il sera important de veiller \u00e0 un bon apport en magnesium pendant toute la grossesse pour pr\u00e9venir notamment le risque de pr\u00e9\u00e9clampsie (par effet vasodilatateur ; \u00e9tude Cochrane), aider aux contractions efficaces de l&rsquo;accouchement et pour un bon \u00e9quilibre nerveux !
