Vous aussi et vous aimeriez trouver d&rsquo;autres id\u00e9es pour le cuisiner ? Je vous laisse d\u00e9couvrir 3 de mes recettes favorites !<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le chou-fleur, un l\u00e9gume qui a tout bon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un l\u00e9gume de la famille des Brassicac\u00e9es (anciennement appel\u00e9s crucif\u00e8res) avec ses cousins le brocolis, le chou de Bruxelles ou encore le raifort, la moutarde ou le navet. Classiquement blanc, mais il en existe des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s color\u00e9es jaune, violette et verte. Cette fleur consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un l\u00e9gume est peu calorique et est une belle source de vitamines et min\u00e9raux int\u00e9ressante, notamment en vitamines du groupe B, vitamine C (si consomm\u00e9 cru car c&rsquo;est une vitamine tr\u00e8s fragile qui se d\u00e9grade au-dessus de 42\u00b0C). Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez-le issu de l&rsquo;agriculture biologique, vous verrez d&rsquo;ailleurs la diff\u00e9rence \u00e0 l&rsquo;odeur ! Un chou-fleur ne doit pas sentir trop fort, mauvais m\u00eame lors de la cuisson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les choux-fleurs les plus feuillus se conserveront mieux, car leurs feuilles les prot\u00e8gent de la lumi\u00e8re et de l&rsquo;oxydation, d\u00e9shydratation. Elles sont comestibles pour les plus jeunes, pas trop card\u00e9es, vous pourrez les mixer dans une soupe par exemple apr\u00e8s les avoir fait blanchir \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau bouillante 5 min \u00e0 part. Un chou-fleur se conserve au mieux 2 \u00e0 3 jours dans le bac \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette 1 : chou-fleur cru en taboul\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il apportera ainsi sa richesse en vitamine C et B9. On obtiendra une semoule bluffante en broyant ses fleurettes. On pourra varier les \u00e9pices, ajouter des crudit\u00e9s, des fruits secs diff\u00e9rents, des \u00e9pices de votre choix et lui associer un poisson gras riche en om\u00e9ga 3 pour un repas complet
