J\u2019appr\u00e9cie beaucoup les galettes sarrasin pour le sal\u00e9 (recette \u00e0 venir) mais pour un petit plaisir peu sucr\u00e9, un petit d\u00e9jeuner gourmand ou le go\u00fbter des petits et grands, voici ma recette. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pas besoin de kilos de sucre pour se faire plaisir avec gourmandise <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u263a\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t82\/1.5\/16\/263a.png\"><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Je vous ai mis des alternatives sans gluten \/ sans lactose \/ sans oeuf selon vos allergies et intol\u00e9rances. J&rsquo;utilise peu les f\u00e9cules de ma\u00efs &#8211; farine de riz blanc qui sont tr\u00e8s hyper-glyc\u00e9miantes, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;elles font augmenter rapidement la glyc\u00e9mie. Ceci sera particuli\u00e8rement important si vous devez faire attention \u00e0 cela, en cas de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline dans un SOPK, endom\u00e9triose, grossesse, mais aussi candidoses et infections urinaires \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition).
