Ajouter pour cela de la cannelle, cardamome ou m\u00e9lisse dans les desserts. Prendre le temps de faire attention \u00e0 ses sensations. Nous cherchons aussi toujours plus exotique et moins cher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses \u00e9pices sont frelat\u00e9es dans la grande distribution. On trouve des m\u00e9langes avec des esp\u00e8ces moins ch\u00e8res \u00e0 produire, voir pire du sable ou l&rsquo;ajout de colorants et d\u2019additifs, et des ingr\u00e9dients de tr\u00e8s basse qualit\u00e9 (sans odeur, saveur, non r\u00e9colt\u00e9es \u00e0 la bonne p\u00e9riode&#8230;). Voir sur le sujet une enqu\u00eate de la DGCCRF 2019. Elle r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu\u2019un 1 produit du commerce sur 4 est frelat\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A privil\u00e9gier au possible :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Agriculture \u00ab\u00a0Bio\u00a0\u00bb ou label de qualit\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter tout pesticide ! quelle est leur origine ? O\u00f9 ont-elles \u00e9t\u00e9 produites ? dans quelle r\u00e9gion (\u00e9viter les zones contamin\u00e9es, m\u00e9taux lourds, radiations&#8230;)<\/li><li>Production contr\u00f4l\u00e9e avec tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9<\/li><li>Fili\u00e8res locales pour soutenir les producteurs locaux. On pourra sans probl\u00e8me trouver des alternatives \u00e0 certaines \u00e9pices exotiques dans la richesse de plantes et condiments de France et Europe. Par exemple, les graines de mac\u00e9ron pour le poivre noir, ou le m\u00e9lilot pour sa saveur vanill\u00e9e.&nbsp; Essayer le sureau, la reine de pr\u00e9s (\u00e0 dose alimentaire et non m\u00e9dicinale dans une pr\u00e9paration sucr\u00e9e). Renouer avec persil, sarriette, origan, thym, romarin, chicor\u00e9e ou encore l\u2019ortie de nos jardins.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fra\u00eeches ou congel\u00e9es pour les herbes aromatiques.
