Nos \u00e9motions ont en effet un impact fort sur notre corps et notre comportement alimentaire. Nous n&rsquo;en avons pas toujours conscience !<\/em><br><em>Nous pouvons tr\u00e8s bien avoir ces comportements compulsifs sans qu&rsquo;il y ait un probl\u00e8me. Mais on utilise souvent la nourriture pour la mauvaise raison : \u00ab\u00a0pour d\u00e9compresser\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0pour faire comme les autres\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0pour passer mes nerfs\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0pour me r\u00e9conforter apr\u00e8s une grosse journ\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment arr\u00eater de manger ses \u00e9motions ?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que l&rsquo;alimentation \u00e9motionnelle ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons parl\u00e9 de l\u2019alimentation anti-inflammatoire dans le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent post. En consultation, je vous aide \u00e0 r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer votre assiette pour accompagner la gestion des douleurs, dans une probl\u00e9matique d\u2019endom\u00e9triose ou pour r\u00e9duire un SPM, mais aussi g\u00e9rer l\u2019insulino-r\u00e9sistance dans le cadre d\u2019un SOPK (on reparlera de l\u2019alimentation \u00e0 charge glyc\u00e9mique basse). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tamponner nos \u00e9motions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais parfois, on a beau \u00eatre conscient de ce que l\u2019alimentation peut nous apporter, de ce qui est bon pour nous, mais on n\u2019y arrive pas. Bien que je ne supprime jamais une cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019aliments, on peut se sentir sous restriction, avoir l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre frustr\u00e9e tout le temps. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-dark-green-color\">Ces fringales sont des compulsions telles qu&rsquo;elles peuvent nous d\u00e9tourner d&rsquo;une alimentation saine b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour notre bonne sant\u00e9 hormonale<\/mark>. C\u2019e n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident de r\u00e9-adopter de bonnes habitudes alimentaires durables ! L&rsquo;inconfort \u00e9motionnel dans certaines maladies chroniques o\u00f9 se m\u00ealent douleurs physiques et \u00e9motionnelles est bien r\u00e9el. Mais aussi si l&rsquo;on a une mauvaise image de soi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est aussi normal d\u2019avoir des moments o\u00f9 l\u2019on a envie de se faire plaisir ! Manger est aussi un plaisir naturel! Mais notre comportement alimentaire peut aussi se d\u00e9r\u00e9gler.  Ces aliments tampons \u00e9motionnels vont devenir tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sents dans notre quotidien. Et sans s&rsquo;en rendre compte, on peut les manger jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 s&rsquo;en faire mal pour tenter d&rsquo;\u00e9teindre notre souffrance \u00e0 tout prix. Dans ces moments, notre cerveau nous veut paradoxalement du bien, il cherche \u00e0 nous apporter du r\u00e9confort. Le circuit \u00ab\u00a0plaisir-r\u00e9compense\u00a0\u00bb est biais\u00e9. Pourquoi et comment? Le stress, nos \u00e9motions (col\u00e8re, contrari\u00e9t\u00e9, frustration, joie non exprim\u00e9e, deuil), les troubles de l\u2019affirmation de soi peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine des craquages alimentaires et nous faire terminer le paquet de chips entier alors que le corps n\u2019avait pas r\u00e9ellement faim. On cherche \u00e0 combler un manque, trouver refuge dans la nourriture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A garder en t\u00eate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne pas classer les aliments comme BONS ou MAUVAIS. C&rsquo;est alors la voie royale des troubles du comportement alimentaire. Nous pouvons parfaitement manger des p\u00e2tisseries, du chocolat, des chips sans faire du mal \u00e0 notre corps. Et les consommer alors en conscience, en se faisant r\u00e9ellement plaisir et sans culpabilit\u00e9 derri\u00e8re.
