Rien n\u2019est interdit et tout est surtout une question de balance &#8211; \u00e9quilibre au quotidien<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pourquoi ? Pour qui ? et comment la mettre en place ?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bases de l&rsquo;alimentation ant-inflammatoire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous souffrez d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/nathalie-faggianelli.fr\/index.php\/2022\/03\/18\/endometriose\/\">endom\u00e9triose\/ad\u00e9nomyose<\/a>, vous en avez sans doute d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu parl\u00e9 ? et peut-\u00eatre l\u2019avez vous m\u00eame adoptee au quotidien ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de favoriser les <strong>aliments riches en antioxydants, vitamines-min\u00e9raux et om\u00e9ga 3<\/strong> anti-inflammatoires pour \u00e9viter d\u2019alimenter le feu de l\u2019inflammation chronique et des douleurs. Au del\u00e0 du choix des aliments, c\u2019est aussi <strong>faire attention aux associations d&rsquo;aliments, aux <a href=\"https:\/\/nathalie-faggianelli.fr\/index.php\/2022\/01\/31\/les-modes-de-cuisson\/\">modes de cuisson<\/a>, aux ustensiles de cuisson <\/strong>(\u00e9viction des <a href=\"https:\/\/nathalie-faggianelli.fr\/index.php\/2021\/09\/21\/les-perturbateurs-endocriniens\/\">perturbateurs endocriniens<\/a> &#8211; des toxines\u2026). Il ne faut pas voir l&rsquo;alimentation saine, anti-inflammatoire comme pas une alimentation restrictive ! Il y a plein de choses, d&rsquo;aliments qui sont ok !\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais on va ajuster les proportions, r\u00e9duire le sucre (notamment le remplacer par un sucre plus digeste moins inflammatoire&#8230;). Mais allez-y pas \u00e0 pas, un petit changement par petit changement ! l\u2019alimentation est individuelle ce qui conviendra \u00e0 une femme ne conviendra pas toujours \u00e0 un autre femme selon son syst\u00e8me digestif, ses tol\u00e9rances propres. Et ne le voyez pas comme une frustration, une contrainte, mais plut\u00f4t comme un retour vers une alimentation saine. Une fois de premiers r\u00e9sultats visibles sur vos douleurs, votre fatigue, votre \u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il sera plus facile d&rsquo;aller plus loin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous le voyez comme un r\u00e9gime, cela peut entrainer de la frustration sur la dur\u00e9e, impression de devoir tout contr\u00f4ler.
