Pensez \u00e0 bien boire chaque jour de l&rsquo;EAU !<\/em>&nbsp;<strong><em>En effet caf\u00e9, th\u00e9s et certaines tisanes sont d\u00e9shydratantes !&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Avez-vous penser \u00e0 votre verre d\u2019eau du matin? commencez vous la journ\u00e9e par un verre d\u2019eau? pr\u00e9parer votre bouteille pour la journ\u00e9e? Souvent en consultation vous me dites \u201cje n\u2019y pense\u201d ou \u201cj\u2019\u00e9vite sinon je vais devoir aller aux toilettes\u00a0\u00bb. Mais ceci est n\u00e9cessaire justement ! Nos modes de vie, la pression au travail, nous pousse \u00e0 nous priver d\u2019aller uriner et ce n\u2019est pas normal ! L\u2019\u00e9limination r\u00e9nale est indispensable pour \u00e9liminer nos d\u00e9chets ! buvez buvez buvez !<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi devons-nous bien s&rsquo;hydrater r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Le corps humain est constitu\u00e9 majoritairement d\u2019eau : environ 65% pour l\u2019adulte. Soit 46L d\u2019eau environ pour une personne de 70kg !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est particuli\u00e8rement important de s\u2019hydrater r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans la journ\u00e9e. En effet, on n\u2019hydrate pas sa peau avec des cr\u00e8mes, on emp\u00eache seulement ainsi la d\u00e9shydratation mais l\u2019eau ne p\u00e9n\u00e8tre pas ainsi.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9venir les maux de t\u00eate et infections urinaires<\/li><li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-dark-green-color\">Pr\u00e9venir la cellulite<\/mark> : boire ne favorise pas la r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau bien au contraire !<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains signaux d&rsquo;alerte doivent vous alerter sur un manque d&rsquo;eau : fatigue chronique, constipation, maux de t\u00eate, crampes, l\u00e8vres et peau s\u00e8che, infection urinaire&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adopter une routine quotidienne pour penser \u00e0 boire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pensons souvent \u00e0 faire attention \u00e0 notre alimentation car nous y sommes de plus en plus sensibilit\u00e9s. Comme il d\u00e9shydrate, il fait perdre beaucoup d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisme, qui doit compenser en stockant le peu d&rsquo;eau disponible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que penser du jus de citron \u00e0 je\u00fbn le matin? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Je sais que de nombreux articles et magazines vantent les bienfaits de la cure de jus de citron ti\u00e8de le matin au r\u00e9veil. ATTENTION ! Ceci ne convient pas \u00e0 toutes les personnes. Le citron est dit basifiant, pour tamponner l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 car les acides qu&rsquo;il contient citrate et malate sont th\u00e9oriquement neutralis\u00e9s par le potassium qu&rsquo;il apporte \u00e9galement. Cependant, il a plut\u00f4t \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9 que seulement 20% des fonctions acides (COOH) sont neutralis\u00e9s par ce potassium. Si vous avez de plus un temp\u00e9rament plut\u00f4t nerveux, \u00e0 tendance frileuse, si vous avez souvent \u00ab\u00a0la goutte au nez\u00a0\u00bb, les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s froides&#8230; Eviter ces cures de jus de citron \u00e0 jeun et notamment en hiver ! Ce dogme n&rsquo;est pas toujours adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chacun. Selon son \u00e2ge, son activit\u00e9 physique quotidienne, ses besoins, son type d&rsquo;alimentation (peu ou tr\u00e8s sal\u00e9e) : 1,5L pourra \u00eatre trop et faire travailler excessivement les reins surtout si on s&rsquo;abstient \u00e0 boire d&rsquo;\u00e9normes quantit\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque prise. Ce litre et demi ne correspond pas \u00e0 rien en terme scientifique. On pourra, par contre, rechercher plut\u00f4t la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau de boissons. Ceci est un vaste sujet dont je vous reparlerai. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notez aussi que si vous avez une alimentation riche en fruits et l\u00e9gumes vous absorber aussi une part non n\u00e9gligeable d&rsquo;eau. Vous pouvez aussi ajouter des jus de l\u00e9gumes, des bouillons ou des infusions avec des plantes peu diur\u00e9tiques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;importance de s&rsquo;hydrater pendant la grossesse et l&rsquo;allaitement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pendant la grossesse,<\/strong> les changements physiologiques de la future maman modifient aussi les&nbsp; besoins hydriques, qui augmentent d\u2019en moyenne 6 \u00e0 8 litres. Le corps a besoin d\u2019eau pour le liquide amniotique, le placenta,&nbsp; le volume sanguin qui augmente et pour b\u00e9b\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pendant l\u2019allaitement,<\/strong> la production et la consommation du lait par b\u00e9b\u00e9 demande beaucoup d\u2019eau (mais aussi de corps gras !). Boire davantage n\u2019augmente pas la production de lait, qui reste stable. B\u00e9b\u00e9 re\u00e7oit toujours la quantit\u00e9 dont il a besoin mais cela peut par contre se faire au d\u00e9triment de la maman, si celle-ci ne s\u2019hydrate pas suffisamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Future maman et maman allaitante : pensez \u00e0 boire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans la journ\u00e9e pour combler ces besoins suppl\u00e9mentaires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conseils pour bien s&rsquo;hydrater en \u00e9t\u00e9 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>eaux infus\u00e9es<\/li><li>eau de coco <\/li><li>jus de l\u00e9gumes<\/li><li>l\u00e9gumes concombre, laitue, tomates, courgetts qui apportent de l&rsquo;eau<\/li><li>fruits type fruits rouges, past\u00e8que, melon  <\/li><li>eaux avec peu de r\u00e9sidus \u00e0 sec (ne pas d\u00e9passer 100 pour les eaux en bouteille, regardez vos \u00e9tiquettes)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelle eau boire ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vaste question&#8230; Nous avons acc\u00e8s en France a de l&rsquo;eau potable au robinet presque partout et c&rsquo;est un luxe ! Cependant cette eau du robinet ne rime pas toujours avec \u00ab\u00a0qualit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Elle peut contenir des traces de m\u00e9taux lourds, des substances ind\u00e9sirables non filtr\u00e9s (pesticides, nitrates d&rsquo;origine agricole mais aussi r\u00e9sidus de m\u00e9dicaments). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe de multiples solutions pour filtrer l&rsquo;eau mais beaucoup sont de pures inventions commerciales qui rapportent beaucoup aux industriels (perle de c\u00e9ramique, carafes Brita&#8230;). Aucun syst\u00e8me n&rsquo;est v\u00e9ritablement parfait ! Alterner selon vos moyens et vos possibilit\u00e9s eau du robinet et eau en bouteille (o\u00f9 malheureusement elle concentre aussi les r\u00e9sidus des plastiques utilis\u00e9s)&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Privil\u00e9giez les aux faiblement min\u00e9ralis\u00e9es (taux de r\u00e9sidus secs assez faible), par exemple Mont Roucous, Mont Calm ou Ros\u00e9e de la Reine. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bien s&rsquo;hydrater avec les grosses chaleur qui sont de retour est indispensable.
