Vous en avez peut-\u00eatre pris sur recommandation d\u2019un m\u00e9decin quand vous \u00e9tiez petit ou on vous en a propos\u00e9 pour vous \/ vos enfants ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais qui est-elle et \u00e0 quoi sert elle?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>C\u2019est la \u00ab&nbsp;vitamine du soleil&nbsp;\u00bb essentielle pour le bon fonctionnement de notre corps sur bien des aspects. Sa synth\u00e8se par notre corps est permise gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re du soleil. Mais si les expositions ne sont pas suffisantes, l\u2019alimentation ne permet pas de remplir \u00e0 100% les apports et nous sommes tres souvent en carence! En 2019, plus de 70 % des adultes fran\u00e7ais pr\u00e9sentaient toujours une insuffisance d\u2019apport en vitamine D selon les \u00e9tudes de l\u2019HAS et ANSES.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les r\u00f4les de la vitamine D<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Son r\u00f4le principal est bien s\u00fbr le m\u00e9tabolisme phosphocalcique. Elle permet une bonne absorption du calcium et du phosphore et donc min\u00e9ralisation des os et dents. Mais pas que, elle est importante aussi pour : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bonne coagulation sanguine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fonctionnement nerveux et musculaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fonctionnement hormonal f\u00e9minin et masculin. =&gt; <strong>La vitamine D est indispensable pour la fertilit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre thyro\u00efdien !<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expression g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et bon fonctionnement cellulaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modulateur immunitaire et inflammatoire : bon fonctionnement des acteurs immunitaires (macrophages, cytokines), de la m\u00e9moire immunitaire, avec une activation des lymphocytes B et production de peptides anti-microbiens, maintien de la trophicit\u00e9 et int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la muqueuse intestinale. =&gt; <strong>La vitamine D est indispensable \u00e0 une bonne immunit\u00e9 !<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>La vitamine D a plus le fonctionnement d\u2019une hormone que d\u2019une vitamine en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ! De s&rsquo;exposer \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re du jour minimum 10 minutes par jour. Cela est essentiel aussi pour notre mental, dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 o\u00f9 nous sommes bien trop souvent enferm\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, derri\u00e8re un \u00e9cran. Bien s\u00fbr selon votre phototype de peau, votre \u00e2ge, le port de v\u00eatements ou de cr\u00e8me solaire la synth\u00e8se cutan\u00e9e pourra \u00eatre plus ou moins efficace. Les peaux fonc\u00e9s synth\u00e9tisent moins bien la vitamine D. Exposez-vous r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en \u00e9t\u00e9 en \u00e9vitant les heures trop chaudes. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe deux formes de vitamine D3 en suppl\u00e9mentation. La plus courante est une <strong>forme animale issue de la lanoline<\/strong>, obtenue \u00e0 partir de la graisse de mouton. On fera attention avec la lanoline en cas d&rsquo;allergie. Une deuxi\u00e8me forme existe, <strong>forme v\u00e9g\u00e9tale issue du lichen bor\u00e9al<\/strong> (cladonia rangiferina). A utiliser si vous avez des contre-indications \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de celle animale. Mais faites attention \u00e0 son origine car sa production est \u00e9cologiquement un probl\u00e8me dans certaines r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 pousse ce lichen naturellement ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quel dosage ? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans avis d\u2019un professionnel objectivant une carence, d&rsquo;une prise de sang renseignant sur votre taux pr\u00e9cis, ne pas d\u00e9passer la dose correspondante aux besoins quotidiens. Pour un adulte, actuellement l&rsquo;ANSES recommande 2000 \u00e0 4000 UI par jour. Les formes en ampoules plus dos\u00e9es (50 000 &#8211; 100 000 UI) permettent de faire remonter plus rapidement une carence mais la dose est trop importante pour le corps qui n&rsquo;utilise pas tout et les \u00e9tudes montrent que le taux sanguin rechute rapidement apr\u00e8s quelques jours. Une dose plus faible adapt\u00e9e et prise plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement permet mieux de maintenir un taux stable. A adapter selon vos besoins et avec le professionnel de sant\u00e9 qui vous suit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATTENTION tout exc\u00e8s est aussi d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re ! Ne vous suppl\u00e9mentez pas au del\u00e0 de la dose quotidienne recommand\u00e9e sans avis d&rsquo;un professionnel m\u00e9dical sur une p\u00e9riode longue. Avoir un taux de vitamine D au niveau maximal de la fourchette ou del\u00e0 n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 rechercher. Tout est une question de bon \u00e9quilibre ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que faut-il v\u00e9rifier dans les compositions ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9sence de la forme D3 et non D2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitez l\u2019huile essentielle d\u2019orange douce pour les nourrissons si RGO ou APLV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention \u00e0 la lanoline pour les personnes allergiques, si RGO et APLV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitez les additifs probl\u00e9matiques, les huiles hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9es, huile de tournesol, le BHT \u00ab possible canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne\u00bb (donn\u00e9e ARTAC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment la prendre ? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de prendre votre compl\u00e9ment<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-dark-green-color\"> au cours d\u2019un repas avec des acides gras<\/mark> (huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales ou beurre). La vitamine D fait partie des vitamines dites liposolubles = solubles dans les graisses comme la vitamine A, E et K. L\u2019organisme est aussi capable de stocker une partie de la production dans le tissu graisseux.
