Ce sont souvent des p\u00e9riodes qui sollicitent beaucoup le syst\u00e8me digestif, avec des exc\u00e8s (chocolat, alcool, graisses satur\u00e9es et quantit\u00e9s importantes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf84\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t60\/1.5\/16\/1f384.png\"> Je vous propose quelques astuces pour mieux vivre cette p\u00e9riode et notamment quoi faire entre les f\u00eates pour apaiser sa digestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelle hygi\u00e8ne de vie entre les f\u00eates ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une bonne hydratation en dehors des repas<\/strong> avec une eau faiblement min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, peu ou pas d\u2019eaux gazeuses (souvent tr\u00e8s min\u00e9ralis\u00e9es et sal\u00e9es). L&rsquo;eau gazeuse n&rsquo;aide pas \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer. Les grignotages sont aussi souvent li\u00e9s \u00e0 une d\u00e9shydration, et qu&rsquo;il manque quelques min\u00e9raux. N&rsquo;oubliez pas de boire si vous consommez de l&rsquo;alcool ! Pour rappel 2 verres d&rsquo;eau par verre d&rsquo;alcool ! Vous pouvez aussi mettre quelques gouttes de jus de citron frais dans votre eau pour soutenir le foie. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All\u00e9gez votre alimentation<\/strong> entre les f\u00eates. R\u00e9duire chocolat, sucres raffin\u00e9s, graisses satur\u00e9es, fritures &amp; produits transform\u00e9s, boissons sucr\u00e9es et alcoolis\u00e9es qui demande beaucoup de travail au foie. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajoutez un peu plus de l\u00e9gumes cuits vapeur<\/strong>, des crudit\u00e9s seulement si bien tol\u00e9r\u00e9es pour vous (betteraves, carottes avec un peu de radis noir, endives), des prot\u00e9ines digestes, des huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales premi\u00e8res pressions \u00e0 froid. <strong>Ecoutez votre corps et vos sensations de faim<\/strong>, vous pouvez aussi faire simplement un repas avec un bouillon (voir ma recette de bouillon d\u2019os) ou une monodi\u00e8te adapt\u00e9e pour vous les lendemains des f\u00eates voir un jeun intermittent. Attention pour les femmes \u00e0 ne pas perturber vos hormones s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas adapt\u00e9 pour vous et selon les phases du cycle. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sortez prendre l\u2019air et la lumi\u00e8re du jour<\/strong>, gardez une activit\u00e9 physique adapt\u00e9e. Vous pouvez faire une petit marche douce et digestive apr\u00e8s les repas entre 10 et 20 minutes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Privil\u00e9giez de bonnes nuits de sommeil<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Votre alli\u00e9e : la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nathalie-faggianelli.fr\/index.php\/2021\/12\/14\/soutenir-le-foie-la-bouillotte\/\">bouillotte sur le foie<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et enfin : <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nathalie-faggianelli.fr\/index.php\/2021\/12\/20\/importance-de-la-mastication\/\">la mastication<\/a><\/strong> et des repas pris calmement \ud83d\ude42 Savourez chaque bouch\u00e9e et ce que vous mangez ! Ne vous forcez pas si vous n&rsquo;avez plus faim. Cela \u00e9vitera inconforts digestifs et reproches \u00e9motionnels. A prendre en fin de repas dans un peu d\u2019eau. Par exemple : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 c\u00e0c de fleur d\u2019oranger, usage familial pour enfant, et adulte, ok femme enceinte\/allaitante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou 1 c\u00e0c d\u2019hydrolat de verveine odorante, interdit femme enceinte et allaitante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nathalie-faggianelli.fr\/index.php\/2022\/03\/03\/hydrolat-et-eau-florale\/\">Pour en savoir plus sur les hydrolats<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les tisanes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les tisanes (infusion ou d\u00e9coction selon la plante choisie) apportent une aide par leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 r\u00e9chauffant et les actifs carminatifs, antispasmodiques, activateurs des enzymes digestives qu\u2019elles contiennent. Quelques gorg\u00e9es d\u2019une tisane de plantes de qualit\u00e9 (et non pas une infusette) pourront aider votre digestion apr\u00e8s le repas, pas besoin de boire des litres qui la ralentiront au contraire. Ou \u00e0 reprendre dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autres formes de phytoth\u00e9rapie seront aussi utiles, je n\u2019ai donn\u00e9 ici que quelques exemples de m\u00e9langes. Si vous souffrez d\u00e9j\u00e0 de troubles digestifs n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 consulter pour choisir ce qui est le plus adapt\u00e9 pour vous. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez le frais \u00e0 r\u00e2per dans votre infuseur ou dans une soupe, une compote, un <a href=\"https:\/\/nathalie-faggianelli.fr\/index.php\/2021\/11\/08\/les-jus-de-legumes\/\">jus de l\u00e9gumes<\/a>&#8230; Dosez-le et infusez-le \u00e0 votre gout pour qu&rsquo;il ne soit pas trop fort !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et en cas d&rsquo;indigestion ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si malheureusement un repas de f\u00eates se solde par une indigestion, voici quelques conseils : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eau citronn\u00e9e et tisanes de gingembre et de romarin jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 litre par jour par petites gorg\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8res.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Massage du ventre avec une huile essentielle dilu\u00e9e et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 vos besoins. V\u00e9rifiez les contre-indications et l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;allergie avant tout usage ! Pour adulte hors grossesse et allaitement : 2 gouttes d&rsquo;huile essentielle de basilic tropical (ocimum basilicum) ou estragon (artemisia dracunculus) dans une belle noisette d&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale pour calmer spasmes et douleurs. Massage \u00e0 faire dans le sens des aiguilles du montre, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le sens du transit. Ou avec 2 gouttes d&rsquo;huile essentielle de gingembre frais (zingiber officinalis) dilu\u00e9e l\u00e0 aussi. Elle est r\u00e9chauffante et tr\u00e8s apaisante au niveau digestif. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consommez des bouillons, eau de cuisson du riz, compotes, bananes ou pommes. Evitez les crudit\u00e9s, laitages, sucreries, jus de fruit, chocolat, caf\u00e9, fruits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consommation de lait d&rsquo;argile verte ou blanche : 1 c\u00e0c par verre d&rsquo;eau, laisser reposer quelques heures puis boire l&rsquo;eau laiteuse \u00e0 jeun matin et soir. Hors prise de m\u00e9dicament ! <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yoga doux avec notamment des torsions (allong\u00e9 ou assis) pour masser le foie en douceur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous ces conseils ne remplacent pas la visite chez un professionnel de sant\u00e9.
