Les micro-organismes qui vivent en cohabitation avec nous sont affect\u00e9s par notre alimentation moderne ultra-transform\u00e9e et industrielle. Aujourd\u2019hui, je voulais mettre l\u2019accent sur les additifs, \u00e9dulcorants, \u00e9mulsifiants et conservateurs probl\u00e9matiques!<\/em> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les effets sur les microbiotes ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des produits industriels et l\u2019alimentation ultra-transform\u00e9e contiennent des ingr\u00e9dients tr\u00e8s d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res pour notre \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me intestinal. Et ce, m\u00eame si elle est bio ! Regardez notamment les produits transform\u00e9s substituts v\u00e9g\u00e9taux et les compl\u00e9ments alimentaires. La plupart ont une composition d\u00e9sastreuse !<br>Ils sont responsables de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019inflammation intestinale : ils causent mais aussi entretiennent l\u2019<strong>hyperperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 intestinale<\/strong> (intestin poreux)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alt\u00e9ration du microbiote<\/strong> en tant que tel ! On parle de <strong>dysbiose<\/strong> avec une perte de diversit\u00e9, de fonction, croissance de pathobiontes. On les retrouve dans presque toutes les boissons v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, les steaks v\u00e9g\u00e9taux. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9e qu&rsquo;une consommation quotidienne m\u00e8ne \u00e0 des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres digestifs !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le glutamate, cet exhausteur de go\u00fbt bien connu des industriels, est un v\u00e9ritable fl\u00e9au ! Le premier additif a rep\u00e9rer dans les produits que vous consommez au quotidien ! Il se cache partout : conserves de l\u00e9gumes, bouillons cubes, sauces, pains et g\u00e2teaux industriels, poissons en conserve, produits all\u00e9g\u00e9s, boissons gazeuses&#8230; Les b\u00e9b\u00e9s et enfants y sont particuli\u00e8rement vuln\u00e9rables et ce notamment aussi pour le d\u00e9veloppement de leur cerveau. Il faut v\u00e9rifier les noms complets des ingr\u00e9dients. Attention aux Bonbons, g\u00e2teaux industriels, plats cuisin\u00e9s, soda, produits all\u00e9g\u00e9s, sauces toutes pr\u00eates .
