D\u00e9couvrons ensemble ici qui sont les probiotiques. Qu&rsquo;entend-t&rsquo;on par probiotique ? Peut-on les trouver dans l&rsquo;alimentation ? Que penser des multiples compl\u00e9ments alimentaires en contenant ?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9finition de probiotiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ethymologiquement, le pr\u00e9fixe pro- est utilis\u00e9 par opposition au pr\u00e9fixe anti du mot \u00abantibiotique\u00bb et bios : la vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9couverte de leurs effets remonte au XIX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle par Elie Metchnikoff, bact\u00e9riologiste et immunologiste russe. La premi\u00e8re utilisation du terme \u00ab\u00a0probiotiques\u00a0\u00bb apparait en 1953 par Kollath, Vergin en 1954 puis 1965 par Lilly et Stillwell. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9finition internationale officielle de l\u2019ISAPP (International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics) pr\u00e9cise que les probiotiques sont \u00ab\u00a0des micro-organismes vivants qui, lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont ing\u00e9r\u00e9s en quantit\u00e9 suffisante, exercent des effets positifs sur la sant\u00e9, au-del\u00e0 des effets nutritionnels traditionnels\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stricto sensu, le terme \u00ab probiotique \u00bb est donc r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#4cb08e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">souches vivantes<\/mark> pour lesquelles un <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#4cb08e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">b\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour la sant\u00e9<\/mark> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 dans des \u00e9tudes contr\u00f4l\u00e9es. Les premiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 des yaourts vendus en pharmacie pour les diarrh\u00e9es infantiles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qui sont-ils r\u00e9ellement ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les probiotiques sont souvent des bact\u00e9ries (comme Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG). Mais cela peut aussi \u00eatre des levures (dont Saccharomyces cerevisiae var boulardii CNCM I-745). Ils sont soit d\u2019origine humaine soit extraits de l\u2019industrie agro-alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 d\u2019un probiotique est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la ou les SOUCHE.S utilis\u00e9e.s. Ils sont de passage, aidant le microbiote r\u00e9sidant sur une certaine p\u00e9riode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tous les probiotiques des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires n\u2019ont pas fait l\u2019objet d\u2018\u00e9tudes rigoureuses sur la formulation, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s et les effets r\u00e9els sur la sant\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent il y a beaucoup de marketing mensonger ! V\u00e9rifiez les souches pr\u00e9sentes dans le compl\u00e9ment (nom complet &amp; \u00e9tudes scientifiques ind\u00e9pendantes). Il existe un niveau de preuve suffisant et une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9tablie pour certaines probl\u00e9matiques et certaines souches pr\u00e9cises seulement !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00eame s\u2019il a peu d\u2019effets secondaires, il peut y avoir des effets n\u00e9gatifs ou une absence d&rsquo;effets suite \u00e0 leur prise. S&rsquo;interroger sur les bonnes souches choisies, la formulation et les modalit\u00e9s de prise!  Ils sont aussi contre-indiqu\u00e9s dans certaines situations m\u00e9dicales (dont immunod\u00e9prim\u00e9s, ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents cardiaques\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faut-il prendre des probiotiques ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord priorit\u00e9 sur une alimentation saine, diversifi\u00e9e ne nuisant pas \u00e0 vos microbiotes ! Avant de vous ruer sur des probiotiques ou tout autre compl\u00e9ment alimentaire, il est important de rechercher et prendre en charge des causes des troubles !
