Nous allons voir pourquoi dans cet article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La constipation qu&rsquo;est-ce que c&rsquo;est ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont les crit\u00e8res m\u00e9dicaux dits de Rome IV qui donnent une d\u00e9finition pr\u00e9cise de la constipation avec au moins 2 des sympt\u00f4mes suivants depuis au moins 6 mois. Pour certaines personnes, elle est pr\u00e9sente d\u00e8s l&rsquo;enfance, et passe souvent comme normale, n&rsquo;ayant pas de r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel !  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>selles peu fr\u00e9quentes (&lt; 3 par semaine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>selles dures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>efforts de pouss\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sensation d\u2019\u00e9vacuation incompl\u00e8te<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sensation de blocage ano-rectal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>man\u0153uvres digitales ou autres pour faciliter l\u2019exon\u00e9ration des selles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les causes d&rsquo;une constipation chronique <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On pense souvent \u00e0 un manque de fibres, entendez verdure, dans l&rsquo;assiette. Pourtant c&rsquo;est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre si simple. De plus, pour certains, augmenter la consommation de fibres pourra empirer la situation. Attention notamment \u00e0 l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de fibres cellulosiques non digestes pour l&rsquo;homme. Nous n&rsquo;avons pas le colon et m\u00e9tabolisme adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la digestion de ces fibres. Les grands singes ont eu gard\u00e9 un colon plus long avec capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 fermenter longtemps les fibres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voici donc les causes \u00e0 rechercher en cas de transit ralenti chroniquement :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>manque d&rsquo;hydratation et d\u00e9min\u00e9ralisation ?<\/strong> Attention donc aux exc\u00e8s de caf\u00e9, th\u00e9, plantes riches en tanin tout au long de la journ\u00e9e avec uniquement 1-2 verres d&rsquo;eau par jour. Il est important d&rsquo;avoir une hydratation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re avec de l&rsquo;eau plate tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Adaptez votre consommation aussi en cas d&rsquo;effort sportif avec des eaux plus min\u00e9ralis\u00e9s riches en \u00e9lectrolytes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre thyro\u00efdien<\/strong> ? C&rsquo;est la cause majeure de constipation qui va entrainer les causes d\u00e9crites ensuite. Si l&rsquo;hormone thyro\u00efdienne T3 n&rsquo;est pas produite en quantit\u00e9 suffisante, ou non active sur ses r\u00e9cepteurs, elle impacte toute la fonction digestive (synth\u00e8se des acides gastriques, biliaires, non activation du Complexe Migrant Moteur CMM, d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre du microbiote&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foie et v\u00e9sicule biliaire en souffrance<\/strong> avec une production de bile insuffisante. Y a t&rsquo;il un manque de min\u00e9raux, nutriments n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 sa synth\u00e8se. Consommez vous notamment suffisamment de bons gras, de prot\u00e9ines animales vari\u00e9es? Il a bien des origines soci\u00e9tales, environnementales mais recherchez aussi un manque de nutriments et min\u00e9raux essentiels au fonctionnement de l&rsquo;axe hypothalamo-hypophysaire-thyroidien-surr\u00e9nalien ! Notre assiette est aussi responsable de notre \u00e9tat de stress ! Le jeun mal r\u00e9alis\u00e9 peut \u00eatre par ailleurs un stress pour le corps et notamment se r\u00e9percuter sur la thyro\u00efde ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi faut-il prendre en charge une constipation?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles sont les cons\u00e9quences d&rsquo;une constipation chronique sur la sant\u00e9 ? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La constipation peut accentuer des douleurs de r\u00e8gles, des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres hormonaux et inflammatoires. Je vous avais parl\u00e9 dans un autre article de l&rsquo;implication de l&rsquo;<strong>endobolome &#8211; oestrobolome<\/strong> dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre hormonal. Une constipation va perturber cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me complexe. Elle peut \u00eatre responsable d&rsquo;une re-absorption exag\u00e9r\u00e9e de m\u00e9tabolites oestrog\u00e9niques, androg\u00e9niques notamment !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous souffrez de cystites chroniques ? Chez certaines personnes qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 une fragilit\u00e9 au niveau p\u00e9ristaltique ou une assiette non adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 leur digestion, cela peut mener \u00e0 de la constipation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alors que faire ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucune solution magique mais la recherche des causes pour pouvoir les prendre en charge. Questionnez-vous sur vos apports quotidiens en min\u00e9raux, en graisses de qualit\u00e9, en prot\u00e9ines : assez de sel, sans exc\u00e8s d&rsquo;amidon des produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers, juste assez de l\u00e9gumes verts mais sans exc\u00e8s !
