Des livres, des articles de magazine sur le sujet. On vous a peut-\u00eatre conseill\u00e9 une alimentation de ce type si vous souffrez d&rsquo;endom\u00e9triose notamment. Mais qu&rsquo;entend-t&rsquo;on r\u00e9ellement derri\u00e8re ce terme ? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Je vous donne ici ma vision d\u2019une alimentation pr\u00e9vention sant\u00e9. Je vois souvent un arr\u00eat de la viande rouge et des produits laitiers. Pour autant, ce n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment justifi\u00e9 et je vous explique pourquoi !<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;alimentation anti-inflammatoire : ce que l&rsquo;on pense souvent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici ce qui est souvent conseill\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement et sans nuance. La viande rouge, les produits laitiers reviennent en t\u00eate dans les produits \u00e0 arr\u00eater. Et \u00e0 l&rsquo;inverse, on vous encourage \u00e0 ajouter des huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales dites \u00ab\u00a0om\u00e9ga 3\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 manger du curcuma, \u00e0 ajouter des fibres v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Certaines personnes vont manger beaucoup trop de fibres v\u00e9g\u00e9tales par rapport \u00e0 leurs capacit\u00e9s digestives. Nos intestins ne sont pas adapt\u00e9s, contrairement \u00e0 ceux des grands singes, \u00e0 des quantit\u00e9s importante de fibres cellulosiques ! Il est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique d&rsquo;en ajouter mais sans d\u00e9mesure et selon les fibres adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 votre digestion ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, l\u2019exc\u00e8s de fibres cellulosiques, mais aussi associ\u00e9 \u00e0 trop de tanins, d&rsquo;acide phytique et autres anti-nutriments que l&rsquo;on retrouve dans les l\u00e9gumineuses, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et les ol\u00e9agineux mal pr\u00e9par\u00e9s et sur-consomm\u00e9s ! Notamment remplacer le lait et produits laitiers par des boissons v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, des cr\u00e8mes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et des pur\u00e9es d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux, ce n&rsquo;est pas du tout pour moi une solution. Regardez les compositions bourr\u00e9es de carragh\u00e9nanes notamment, et leur mode de production enrichissant ces anti-nutriments. Les pur\u00e9es d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux sont aussi des graisses oxyd\u00e9es !  L&rsquo;exc\u00e8s d\u2019oxalates pourrait aussi \u00eatre discut\u00e9. Ici le risque majeur est sur la perturbation de la bonne digestion, de la barri\u00e8re intestinale et du microbiote. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 cela, la probl\u00e9matique d&rsquo;une absorption affect\u00e9e des nutriments et donc des d\u00e9ficits micronutritionnels derri\u00e8re !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ajout d\u2019additifs (dont carragh\u00e9nanes, certaines gommes) et\u00a0d\u2019\u00e9dulcorants dans les d\u00e9riv\u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00e9taux de remplacement des produits laitiers, produits industriels m\u00eame bio d\u00e9grade le microbiote intestinal et la barri\u00e8re intestinale&#8230; Voir mon article associ\u00e9 et les travaux de Benoit Chassaing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le manque de prot\u00e9ines qui en d\u00e9coule<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vouloir r\u00e9duire sa consommation de prot\u00e9ines animales peut \u00eatre compr\u00e9hensible aujourd&rsquo;hui pour des questions \u00e9thiques &#8211; \u00e9cologiques. Mais la question est loooooin d&rsquo;\u00eatre aussi simple ! Regardons aussi les d\u00e9gats des monocultures, des conditions de culture c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8re et de soja ! De plus, la probl\u00e9matique majeure est celle d&rsquo;un apport insuffisant de prot\u00e9ines qui en r\u00e9sulte ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une absence de r\u00e9flexion sur la qualit\u00e9 !<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9flexion sur la qualit\u00e9, l\u2019origine des prot\u00e9ines animales est manquante de ces r\u00e9flexions ! Une viande rouge est inflammatoire si elle est issue d&rsquo;un animal n&rsquo;ayant jamais brout\u00e9 en plein air, dop\u00e9 pour sa croissance. Elle est inflammatoire si bourr\u00e9e de graisses trans, om\u00e9ga 6 de part les conditions de vie de l&rsquo;animal notamment son alimentation. Elle est inflammatoire si travaill\u00e9e industriellement, avec un ajout d&rsquo;additifs, de sucres (dextrose), colorants, transform\u00e9e pour en faire des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de viande. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et on pourrait avoir la m\u00eame reflexion pour nos produits laitiers ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regardez les mati\u00e8res et m\u00e9thodes des \u00e9tudes sur ce sujet ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alors on fait quoi ? comment d\u00e9finir une alimentation anti-inflammatoire ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le r\u00e9gime \u00ab\u00a0mangez comme vous voulez\u00a0\u00bb est selon moi contre-productif. Une alimentation anti-inflammatoire est \u00e0 individualiser et c&rsquo;est vraiment indispensable ! La grande majorit\u00e9 de la population mange trop de glucides raffin\u00e9s (c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et produits sucr\u00e9s en tant que tels) et trop peu de prot\u00e9ines ! Les graisses sont encore trop diabolis\u00e9es et on met dans le m\u00eame sac \u00ab\u00a0bons gras\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0mauvais gras\u00a0\u00bb. Sans aller dans un extr\u00eame, potentiellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour certains, comme le r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne alimentation riche en gras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les alimentations v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne et vegan sont malheureusement trop souvent mal \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es avec des d\u00e9ficits voir carences nutritionnelles et hormonales importantes ! Tout autant que l\u2019exc\u00e8s de cru<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pas d\u2019exc\u00e8s de sucres industriels (stop aux sirops de sucre dont sirop d\u2019agave, \u00e9dulcorants, sucres recolor\u00e9s&#8230;) d\u2019apport massif de fibres, de l\u00e9gumineuses et c\u00e9r\u00e9ales mal pr\u00e9par\u00e9es&#8230; d\u2019ol\u00e9agineux tous les jours et sous forme de pur\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Limitez le gluten moderne => farines anciennes, pr\u00e9paration au VRAI levain. Le bl\u00e9 moderne fait vraiment des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts consid\u00e9rables pour b\u00e9b\u00e9s, enfants et adultes !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Limitez les produits transform\u00e9s (pas que des plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s sous ce terme, et m\u00eame en bio, et m\u00eame v\u00e9g\u00e9taux)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evitez les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales est\u00e9rifi\u00e9es, modifi\u00e9es (palme, tournesol,\u00a0 margarines&#8230;) et celles fragiles riches en PUFA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Limitez caf\u00e9, boissons \u00e9nergisantes, sodas, alcools, tabac, et exposition aux toxiques&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;alimentation dite \u00ab\u00a0anti-inflammatoire\u00a0\u00bb est entre guillemets \u00e0 la mode.
