Comment l\u2019identifier avec le suivi du cycle ? quel dosage faire ? et comment soutenir son cycle pour retrouver une bonne s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de progest\u00e9rone ? C&rsquo;est tout ce que nous allons voir ensemble dans cet article.<\/em> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La progest\u00e9rone, une hormone essentielle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La progest\u00e9rone est une hormone s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e principalement par le corps jaune apr\u00e8s l\u2019ovulation chez la femme. Mais elle est aussi pr\u00e9sente en petite quantit\u00e9 chez l&rsquo;homme. Elle a en effet de multiples r\u00f4les, non uniquement autour de la fertilit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de noter qu&rsquo;aucune hormone n&rsquo;agit seule dans le corps. Il y a un balais hormonal permanent.<strong> La progest\u00e9rone contre-balance et est contre-balanc\u00e9e avec les oestrog\u00e8nes<\/strong>. Un \u00e9quilibre entre toutes les hormones permet un fonctionnement harmonieux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principaux r\u00f4les de la progest\u00e9rone chez la femme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pr\u00e9pare le corps pour une \u00e9ventuelle grossesse, en gorgeant l\u2019endom\u00e8tre de nutriments et en soutenant sa vascularisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hyper-thermiant en augmentant la temp\u00e9rature basale du corps (de 0,2 \u00e0 0,5\u00b0C). C&rsquo;est cette hausse et le plateau haut qui suit qui sont observ\u00e9s en symptothermie. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calmant, apaisante et protectrice du syst\u00e8me nerveux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relaxant musculaire. Elle peut donc aussi agir en ralentissant le transit digestif sur la phase lut\u00e9ale !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ferme le col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9paissit et ass\u00e8che la glaire cervicale. Le bouchon muqueux se forme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>effet diur\u00e9tique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Est-ce que je manque de progest\u00e9rone ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les signes cliniques d&rsquo;un manque de progest\u00e9rone sont nombreux. Il n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment \u00e9vident de les relier uniquement \u00e0 cela et non \u00e0 une hyper-oestrog\u00e9nie ! Si vous ovulez r\u00e9ellement \u00e0 J14, il pourra l&rsquo;\u00eatre. Mais si comme plus de 75% des femmes, votre ovulation est avant ou apr\u00e8s J14, vous ne doserez pas la progest\u00e9rone au moment o\u00f9 elle est \u00e0 son dosage max. Les r\u00e9sultats seront peu interpr\u00e9tables. Il est vraiment important de doser en parall\u00e8le les oestrog\u00e8nes. Mais cela sous-entend donc de bien suivre votre cycle ! C\u2019est le cas de l\u2019alch\u00e9mille vulgaire ou du gattilier (avec une action centrale c\u00e9r\u00e9brale pour ce dernier !). Leurs modes d\u2019action pr\u00e9cis sont encore tr\u00e8s mal compris ! Se faire conseiller pour leur prise ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention le gattilier ne s\u2019utilise pas \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re et peut accentuer un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal pour certaines femmes ! Faites-vous obligatoirement accompagner pour sa prise. Elle est malheureusement trop souvent proposer dans des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prise de progest\u00e9rone BIO-IDENTIQUE ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La prise de progest\u00e9rone par voie orale ou vaginale peut s&rsquo;envisager avec votre professionnel de sant\u00e9, sur une prescription m\u00e9dicale. La prise d&rsquo;une progest\u00e9rone bio-identique type Utrogestan, progestan-He, estima-Ge ou en gel cutan\u00e9 (Progestogel) pourra s&rsquo;envisager en phase lut\u00e9ale notamment dans le cadre d&rsquo;un SPM fort, d&rsquo;un d\u00e9sir d&rsquo;enfant, d&rsquo;ant\u00e9c\u00e9dent d&rsquo;arr\u00eats de grossesse&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alimentation et progest\u00e9rone ? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aucun aliment en tant que tel n\u2019apport de progest\u00e9rone !<\/strong> Attention \u00e0 ce que vous pouvez lire sur les forums, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ou magazines !
